Political Advocacy & Other Community-Based Groups
Akiele seeks to be a vocal member of the African American community, speaking out on and supporting issues consistent with their mission statements, while protecting their tax-exempt status.
Akiele has done presentations for Bell Atlantic, Victim Services, The National Black Wholistic Society, Sister to Sister International, Westchester Residential Organization, and church groups. Similarly, Akiele actively partners with other community-based organizations who share mutual goals.
